  1. Add Mending yourself — Reforged gear does not come with Mending. Trade with villagers to get Mending books (this is an intentional emerald sink)

  2. Start with tools — {{item:reforged_pickaxe}} makes farming other materials easier

  3. Gather materials first — Check what you need before visiting the smith

  4. Use Token Trader — Weekly smith materials available for Vote Tokens
